Well throughout my career I've realized I am an equally right and left brained human--It's like having the best of both worlds. Imagine a creative wizard and a strategic mastermind, all rolled into one! My creative right brain allows me to think outside the box, come up with innovative ideas, and craft compelling stories that captivate audiences on an emotional level. On the other side, my logical left brain kicks in to analyze data, crunch numbers, identify target audiences, and decode consumer behavior. In my role at Eve Wealth, I am establishing comprehensive brand guidelines, a robust go-to-market strategy, and innovative lifecycle marketing programs tailored for a women’s focused crypto community. I evaluate vendors and develop strategies for our waitlist and referral program, driving organic growth through ambassadors and incentive structures while collaborating across teams to ensure a seamless user experience and effective rewards. I design and execute targeted marketing campaigns aimed at user acquisition, crypto investment, and retention, managing segmented lifecycle email flows and leveraging data insights to optimize funnels and boost conversion rates. Additionally, I develop and implement brand strategy and tone of voice guidelines, ensuring consistent, compelling messaging across all channels to strengthen brand identity and drive engagement.
Grub Lab - Chief Marketing Officer

As the Chief Marketing Officer of Grub Labs, I led the company's strategic go-to-market initiatives, brand development, and customer acquisition and retention efforts, with a particular focus on driving growth in the United States. I oversaw the creation of a cohesive, compelling brand vision and messaging that resonated with our target audience, leveraging in-depth market research and competitive analysis to define the optimal positioning and unique value proposition. Working closely with the executive team, I developed comprehensive strategies to support the brand's high-profile launch in the U.S., aligning the visual identity, content, and multichannel marketing campaigns for seamless, impactful execution. To drive sustainable growth, I implemented data-driven digital marketing programs that amplified brand awareness, generated qualified leads, and fostered long-term customer loyalty through personalized nurturing and loyalty initiatives.
Entain - Vice President Product Marketing & Sponsorships
2022 - 2023
I led the global branding, partnership strategy, and product marketing efforts for Entain's esports brand. My main focus was on the go-to-market marketing strategy, as we relaunched the brand and introduced two new Free to Play products in non-English speaking markets. To bring this to life, I collaborated closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a unified brand vision and messaging. I oversaw an $8 million marketing budget and a team of seven individuals.
Mastercard - Vice President Consumer Marketing
2019 - 2022
At Mastercard, I was charge of the worldwide content strategy and product roadmap for Priceless.com, Mastercard's Marketing Hub and experiential platform. My focus was on both B2C and B2B2C initiatives, and I worked closely with key stakeholders to make sure everyone was on the same page. I was responsible for improving platform performance, enforcing global content standards, and optimizing campaign programming. And you know what? My efforts really paid off! By reinforcing Mastercard's brand as a progressive lifestyle choice, we were able to make a big impact in the market. Oh, and did I mention that I also led a team of nine amazing individuals and worked collaboratively with market leaders to guarantee the success of various programs? It was a lot of work, but it was so worth it to see everything come together and make a real difference.

2018 - 2019
I was the one driving all customer-focused initiatives. From acquisition to retention, I had it covered! I managed monthly budgets for marketing and account management, making sure we were putting our money in all the right places. But that's not all! I also developed strategies for online customer acquisition, using cross-channel tactics and partnerships to get the job done. I was in charge of supervising marketing programs, the website product roadmap, content creation tools, business strategy, and analytics. To top it all off, I led a team of awesome Marketers, Account Managers, and Creatives. Together, we made sure our customers had a seamless experience from informing them about the brand to ongoing lifecycle marketing. It was all about keeping those customers happy and coming back for more.
